Down the hall you will find a bedroom with a queen size bed, a full bathroom, laundry room with washer/dryer, and master bedroom with a queen sized bed and attached full bathroom. There is two off street parking spaces in the back of the property and free on street parking. Fully equipped with everything to make you comfortable during your stay. You'll love the hardwood floors and watching the world race by from the comfort of your front balcony
Located across the street from the Castle St Arts & Antique District where you could spend hours perusing the unique shops, cafes, & restaurants. All while being a 15 min walk to Historic Downtown & 20 min walk to the Cargo District. Enjoy everything Wilmington has to offer! Long term stays are allowed, inquire within for monthly rates.

    the house was clean and cozy. two things, there was not enough linen and also there is a problem behind the house with ants. we arrived friday evening and parked both vehicles behind the house. they did not move until sunday morning when we left. both vehicles had ants all in them! someone needs to spray behind the house for that because now i'm having to get the inside of my car sprayed for an exterminator.

    My friend and I were very happy with the location and conveniences.
    We spent many hours on the spacious terrace.
    Everything we needed was there—kitchen well stocked with pots and pans and basic food staples. The Brita pitcher was a nice touch!
    Loved the hardwood floors, comfortable beds and storage cubbies in the bedrooms. Plenty of hot water and towels in the bathrooms.
    Off street parking was handy.
    We will come back!
    The only thing missing were a deck of cards or some games and we could not find a vegetable peeler but I get that’s been rectified by now!
