  the flat is downstairs portion of 2-story home. We loved being able to walk a few blocks to dine and shop. There are many lovely historic homes to admire along the way.

  Visited Wilmington for the Azalea Festival with friends. Great location and parking behind apartment as promised and greatly appreciated. Great location. Didn’t need our vehicle for the entire stay. The place was clean and comfortable. A few maintenance items need attention (eg. stove light, toilet seat, a few burned out bulbs, ice trays). Otherwise, good value and great location. I’d recommend.

  This rental was a wonderful place to stay for our visit to Wilmington. It is located very near the downtown area so we could easily walk there to enjoy the area. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed during our stay. The owner/manager provided good service, meeting us when we arrived and answering questions about the area and how to get around. We enjoyed walking around downtown Wilmington, walking along the boardwalk, eating at many good restaurants and doing some shopping at the unique stores downtown. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone visiting the Wilmington downtown area.
