    All 8 of us enjoyed this home. Doesnt look like it from the outside but it has great high ceilings, perfect space for kids and great appliances for both laundry room and kitchen. Thankful for the water filter sink dispenser(big water drinkers here). Perfect porch area to sit out your wet swim belongings. Rental was approximately 15-20minutes drive to the beach and less than 5minutes from downtown. Street parking never got too crowded. Morning walk around the neighborhood was great, and people were nice.

    On the other side of things, don’t expect to use the TV or wifi too much. Ideally we were in town for the beach, but the convenience of the internet wasn’t there. Not a big deal, but is something to think about if you do end up visiting. And lastly, the couch definitely looked used.

    Great and easy check in and out. Location is a good 15-20 minute walk to the riverwalk and downtown.
