There is assigned off street parking for 2 cars only. Clearance height is 7ft 3in. No extra parking, any extra vehicles must be parked in public paid street parking.
Secured building with door code, elevator, shared outdoor pool overlooking the beach.
You will have exclusive access to the condo unit.
POOL IS OPEN SEASONALLY
Each unit is individually owned and operated.  As such, Ultimate Property Management does not have any control over the building and its operations.  
You must be 25 yrs or older to book - Valid ID will be required
No smoking, No pets
Check IN is after 4PM
Check OUT is before 11AM
In order to ensure proper sanitization between each guest there are NO exceptions to this.

    Wonderful condo-very clean and very close to the beach. Loved sitting on the balcony. Kitchen was decently stocked. Only issue was the fire alarm-it would go off when cooking bacon, even with the fan. Didn’t stay on long though. I definitely would rent again.

    Excellent Location!!! Beautiful Sunrise View from the Balcony! Steps from the beach, short walks to fantastic restaurants and shopping. The lamented book in the unit was very helpful. You can trust their critique and recommendations. We ate one of the the best meals I have ever had (no exaggeration) at South Beach Grill.

    This is our fifth year staying at 1 South Lumina and 3rd years in Suite 305. The amazing renovation of this suite even better than we expected. If you could see it or touch, it was either new or reimagined! New furniture, appliances accessories as well as the new bath area. Also the new elevator in the lobby was a nice upgrade. This property is so convenient to everything. Short walks to restaurants, bars, ice cream shops as well as the iconic Robert’s Grocery. Two reserved parking spots are big as well as being beachside. Just a great place to stay. Halle at UPM is great to work with and Hunter iso. Site if you need something. We highly recommend this property!
