Welcome to One South Lumina, a prime location on Wrightsville Beach!
Crashing Waves 207 is on the oceanfront end of the building, overlooking the pool, located on the second floor. There is parking for 1 car only.
This condo unit includes one bedroom, one full bathroom, 644 sqft. Fully equipped kitchen, open concept dining area, living room, "bunk bed nook" with two adult size twin beds, & washer/dryer. Relax and unwind on your balcony with views of the ocean. Take a dip in the pool overlooking the beach. Park your car in off street parking and walk to everything. Steps to the beach, restaurants & shops.

There is assigned off street parking for 1 car only. No extra parking, any extra vehicles must be parked in public paid street parking.
Secured building with door code, elevator, shared outdoor pool overlooking the beach.
You will have exclusive access to the condo unit.
POOL IS OPEN SEASONALLY
Each unit is individually owned and operated. As such, Ultimate Property Management does not have any control over the building and its operations.
You must be 25 yrs or older to book - Valid ID will be required
No smoking, No pets
Check IN is after 4PM
Check OUT is before 11AM
In order to ensure proper sanitization between each guest there are NO exceptions to this.
This unit is Self-Check in you will receive check in instructions VIA EMAIL 24 hours prior to your arrival.

Bring your own beach chairs & towels.

  location is amazing. The unit is very outdated but clean. Parking space number is not very well displayed (hidden, you need to look for it) It would've been nice if property management provided the better explanation or just a couple of pictures of the parking space and how to access the building from the street. The owner should invest a little money in a new lockbox for the room, the room furniture and patio/balcony furniture. The unit definitely could be rented for a higher price if updated.

  The staff was very accomodating, considering we were there during "Debby". Lots of rain and wind. We had a front row seat to the storm and lightning over the ocean. We stayed in 207. It was clean, we got brand new couch and love seat. The kitchen could use some updating, but normally you do not spend most of your time in your room. A couple of suggestions. They only had 4 forks, plenty of other silverware. They could add a small waste basket in the bedroom. My only complaint, when I got in the shower, there was a foot long black hair. My husband is bald, I have short grey hair. That was a huge turn off.

  Loved this condo. It was perfect size and great location. My only problem: the building is right next to a very busy public beach access. The garbage truck came every morning around 6am to empty the multiple trash cans at the beach access. It was very loud. So much for sleeping in!
